  • The issue must be related to a malfunction or discoloration that occurred upon receiving the custom controller.
  • The custom controller must be in its original condition and show no signs of physical damage, misuse, or tampering.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.

 

3. Refund Process

3.1. If you encounter a malfunction or discoloration issue with your custom controller within the warranty period, please contact our customer support team at info@zybargaming.com. You will be required to provide your order information, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence, such as photographs or videos.

3.3. In some cases, we may require you to return the custom controller for inspection. If this is necessary, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
